Fresh Foods or Canned Foods

I like to eat many kinds of food and I love to cook. Fresh foods and canned foods are the food that people usually eat. Choosing foods is very important. The most different part of the fresh foods and canned foods are their influence on our health. People use some food additives, like Preservative, Aspartame, and Sweetener in canned foods. The food additives are chemical substance and sometimes they will make people sick. Fresh foods are nature. They are healthy and nutritious.

On the other hand, the difference between the two kinds of foods is the cost. We can buy canned foods in the supermarket. It is very convenient, so they are more expensive. Fresh foods are cheaper than canned foods, and we can buy them in traditional markets.

Yet another different part of these two kinds of foods is their flavor. There are good flavor and taste in fresh foods. Because they are from nature, they can keep the truly taste. Canned foods taste good, but they are made from artificial substances. There are the three different parts of fresh foods and canned foods. We can choose foods by these differences.
